The new ISO-4043-2016 has been published in December 2016 and should be in place in January 2017 for all industries. We were informed that a grandfather clause will be part of new standards in order to help users adjust their equipment to comply with new standards. There is a period of adjustment since the publication of ISO-4043-2016. After, all users and contractors will be requested to comply to new mobile simultaneous interpretation booth standards.
